TRUST 2006-HE4, is the Plaintiff and DOLORES M. DE VELEZ A/K/A DOLORES MACKAY VELEZ; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE CORPORATION; ASSOCIATION OF POINCIANA VILLAGES, INC.; POINCIANA VILLAGE THREE ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court, Stacy M. Butterfield, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.polk.realforeclose.com at 10:00AM, on 10/9/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
