NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 12, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 14002566CA of the Circuit Court of the 20TH Judicial Circuit in and for Charlotte County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and EDUARDO CASTINEIRA AND LOURDES CASTINEIRA, et al, are Defendants. The clerk shall send to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.charlotte.realforeclose.com at 11:00am on 9/21/15, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
