and commonly known as: 26491 TRINILAS DRIVE, PUNTA GORDA, FL 33983; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale on December 17, 2015 at at 11:00 a.m at online www.charlotte.realforeclose.com, in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statues.
Any persons claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
