NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-359-CC of the COUNTY COURT OF THE TWENTIETH JUDICIAL CIRCUIT in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein RIVIERA COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION, INC. is Plaintiff, and UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF RICHARD J. MCCOY; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF BETTY L. MCCOY; UNKNOWN TENANT ONE and UNKNOWN TENANT TWO are Defendants, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash:
In the Lobby on the 3rd Floor, Collier County Courthouse Annex, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida, at 11:00 AM, on the 24 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
Lot 21, Block 2, Riviera Colony, according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8, Pates 17 and 18, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

A/K/A: 510 Menton Lane, Lot 21, Bldg. 2
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within SIXTY (60) days after the sale.
