NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 30, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2015CA000004AX of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Manatee County, Bradenton, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON FKA THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS OF THE CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-9 is Plaintiff and CODY R LLOYD, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF CODY R. LLOYD, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.manatee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 29th day of September, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 10, BLOCK J, SANDPOINTE, FOURTH ADDITION, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 19, Page 20 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
