NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated August 11, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014CA006158 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for MANATEE COUNTY, Florida, wherein WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., is Plaintiff, and MELODY S. GIFFORD A/K/A MELODY GIFFORD, et al are Defendants, the clerk ad interim, Angelina “Angel” Colonneso, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 AM www.manatee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 13 day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 411, RAINTREE CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORD BOOK 756, PAGES 498 THROUGH 560, INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED, AND AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 6, PAGES 40 THROUGH 47, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF MANATEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
