NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 24, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-2015-CA-000624-0001-XX in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. was the Plaintiff and UNKNOWN HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES, PARTIES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER OR AGAINST GAIL JUSTUS, ET AL., the Defendant(s), I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 11:00 a.m. at the 3rd floor Lobby of the courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112 on the 24th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
The North 75 feet of the North 150 feet of Tract No 43, Golden Gate Estates Unit No. 194, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 7, Page 101, Public Records of Collier County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS OF THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS, MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN SIXTY (60) DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
