NOTICE HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated June 01, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014 CA 0000130001 of the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Collier County, Florida, wherein, HSBC BANK USA, N.A., AS TRUSTEE ON BEHALF OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST AND FOR THE REGISTERED HOLDERS OF ACE SECURITIES CORP. HOME EQUITY LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2006-HE4, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, is Plaintiff and CARL L. VICK et.al , are Defendants, the Collier County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in the lobby on the Third Floor of the Collier County Courthouse Annex, located 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, Florida 34112, at 11:00 A.M. on the 24 day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
The West 75 feet of the East 150 feet of Tract 19, of Golden Gate Estates, Unit No. 85, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 5, Page 24, of the Public Records of Collier County, Florida.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
