Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 31, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Collier County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Collier County, Florida described as:
UNIT 12, BOUGAINVILLAS, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 2112, PAGES 697 THROUGH 760, AS AMENDED IN O. R. BOOK 2325, PAGE 264, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF COLLIER COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 3527 MAGENTA COURT, NAPLES, FL 34112; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale at 11:00 AM on September 28, 2015, at in the lobby on the third floor of the Courthouse Annex, Collier County Courthouse, 3315 Tamiami Trail East, Naples, FL 34112., in accordance with section 45.031, Florida Statutes.
