Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in this cause, in the Circuit Court of the 20th Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS CWALT INC., ALTERNATIVE LOAN TRUST 2006-OC4, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2006-OC4 Plaintiff, and JANE E. GRAY A/K/A JANE GRAY, an individual; RICHARD L. GRAY A/K/A RICHARD GRAY, an individual; WILMINGTON TRUST, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, NOT IN ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY BUT SOLELY AS TRUSTEE UNDER THE GREENWICH INVESTORS XL PASS-THROUGH TRUST AGREEMENT DATED AS OF MARCH 1, 2012, a foreign corporation; LVNV FUNDING, LLC, a foreign limited liability company; CAPITAL ONE BANK, F/K/A CAPITAL ONE, F.S.B., a foreign corporation; ATLANTIC CREDIT & FINANCE, INC., AS ASSIGNEE OF HOUSEHOLD BANK, a foreign corporation; MLS REALTY, a Florida corporation; JOHN DOE and JANE DOE, as Unknown Tenants; and any unknown heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and other unknown persons, unknown entities, unknown parties or unknown spouses claiming by, through or under any of the above-named Defendants, Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com at 9:00 am on the 28 day of September, 2015, the following descripted property as set forth in the Summary Final Judgment, to wit:
Lots 38 and 39, Block 2881, Cape Coral Unit 41, according to the plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 17, Pages 2 through 14, Public Records of Lee County, Florida.
IF YOU ARE A SUBORDINATE LIEN HOLDER OR ANY OTHER PERSON OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER, CLAIMING A RIGHT TO FUNDS REMAINING AFTER THE SALE, YOU MUST FILE A CLAIM WITH THE CLERK NO LATER THAN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE. IF YOU FAIL TO FILE A CLAIM, YOU WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO ANY REMAINING FUNDS.
