NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 26, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-050411 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Ft. Myers, Florida, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes, at 9:00 AM on the 25 day of September, 2015 on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment:
Unit 116, Tradewinds, a condominium in Barkeley Square, a condominium community, according to the Condominium Declaration as recorded in Official Records Book 1553, Pages 700 through 779, and subsequent amendments thereto, Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with all appurtenances thereunto appertaining and specified in said Condominium Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
