NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure dated August 25, 2015 and entered in Case No. 36-2014-CA-051848 of the Circuit Court of the TWENTIETH Judicial Circuit in and for LEE County, Florida wherein WENDOVER FINANCIAL SERVICES is the Plaintiff and MIDGE PIERSON-MORRIS A/K/A MIDGE PIERSON MORRIS; DAVID T. MORRIS; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA ON BEHALF OF U.S. DEPARTMENT OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; are the Defendants, The Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at WWW.LEE.REALFORECLOSE.COM at 9:00AM, on the 23 day of December, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
ALL THAT CERTAIN PLACE OR PARCEL OF LAND FORMING PART OF LOT NO. 32 OF MARIANA HEIGHTS, AS RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA, IN PLAT BOOK 8 AT PAGE 73 AND DESIGNATED AS PARCEL BEARING NUMBER 10 ON A CERTAIN MAP MADE BY EARL S. ROYER, SURVEYOR AND DATED FEBRUARY 12TH, 1956 AND ATTACHED TO A CERTAIN CONVEYANCE RECORDED IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT IN LIBER OF DEEDS 255 AT PAGE 313, TOGETHER WITH A PERMANENT EASEMENT, FOR INGRESS AND EGRESS OVER THE 50 FEET STRIP DESIGNATED AS FIORE COURT ON THE AFOREMENTIONED MAP FOR ITS FULL LENGTH.
