NOTICE IS HEREBY given as required by a Final Judgment of Foreclosure filed August 31, 2015 and entered in Case No. 13-CA-053770 of the County Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, where THE BARBOUR ENTERPRISES LIMITED PARTNERSHIP I., is the Plaintiff and FRANK W. HELMERICH, II, TRUSTEE A/K/A FRANK HELMERICH, individually and as Trustee for the FRANK W. HELMERICH TRUST; J. CRAIG REITAN; KAREN M. REITAN; ADRIAN MATEESCU; KENNETH D. GOODMAN as Trustee of Hwy 80 Investment Trust dated Jan. 9, 2006; PASSARELLA & ASSOCIATES, INC; CLERK OF THE CIRCUIT COURT FOR LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA; EVERBANK FINANCIAL CORP.; PINE PORTFOLIO, LLC; FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE; QUINTON MCNEW; and FOUR DIAMOND, LLC are the Defendants. I will sell to the highest bidder for cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. at www.lee.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45 Florida Statutes on the 30 day of September, 2015, the following described property in accordance with the Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure:
