Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 31, 2015 entered in Civil Case No. 15-CA-2036 of the Circuit Court of the Twentieth Judicial Circuit in and for Lee County, Florida, I will sell to the Highest and Best Bidder for Cash beginning at 9:00 a.m. on the 30 day of November, 2015 at www.lee.realforeclose.com, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
Condominium Unit 633, Building 13525, of MUSA AT DANIELS CONDOMINIUM, a Condominium according to the Declaration of Condominium thereof, as recorded in Clerk's File No. 2006000193278, and any amendments thereof, of the Public Records of Lee County, Florida, together with an undivided interest in the common elements appurtenant thereto, as set forth in said Declaration.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
