BORON, et al are Defendants, the clerk, Linda Doggett, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 9:00 am www.lee.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on September 28, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Lis Pendens, to wit:
LOT 8, BLOCK 15, SAN CARLOS PARK GOLF COURSE SOUTH ADDITION, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 28, PAGES 7 AND 8 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF LEE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
