YOU ARE NOTIFIED that you have been designated as defendant in a legal proceeding filed against you for quieting title to real property. The action involves real property in Sarasota County, Florida, more fully described as follows:
All of Lot 11 and the East 1/2 of Lot 10, Block C, Manasota-by-the-Sea, according to the map or plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 152, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida. Parcel ID # 0477120042
AND
Lot 12 and the West 1/2 of Lot 14, Block “B”, Manasota-by-the-Sea, as per Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 152, of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.

The action was instituted in the Twelfth Judicial Circuit Court, Sarasota County, Florida, and is styled mike froelich vs. ELEGANT MOTORS, INC., a Corporation, CHARLES TROIS, SHIRLEY PUHLMANN, AS TRUSTEE UNDER DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED APRIL 2, 1990, a trust, SHIRLEY PUHLMANN AND REINHOLD PUHLMANN, CO-TRUSTEES UNDER DECLARATION OF TRUST DATED MARCH 23, 1990, a trust, SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA, a governmental entity, ROBIN J. KISSEL, an individual, SAAVY FL LLC, a Florida Corporation, FLORIDA CORAL LIEN INVESTMENTS LLC, a Florida Corporation, ESTATE OF DEL O'AMY, DECEASED, a foreign estate, SHIRLEY PUHLMANN, INDIVIDUALLY and REINY PUHLMANN, INDIVIDUALLY.
You are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to the action on Mary Ann Floyd, Plaintiff's attorney, whose address is 737 South Indiana Avenue, Englewood, FL 34223, on or before Oct. 5, 2015, and file the original with the clerk of this court either before service on Mary Ann Floyd or immediately after service; otherwise, a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the complaint or petition.
