NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered June 1, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013-CA-000868-CAAX-WS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK MELLON F/K/A THE BANK OF NEW YORK, AS TRUSTEE FOR THE HOLDERS OF THE CERTIFICATES, FIRST HORIZON MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES FHAMS 2007-FA1, BY FIRST HORIZON HOME LOANS, A DIVISION OF FIRST TENNESSEE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, MASTER SERVICER, IN ITS CAPACITY AS AGENT FOR THE TRUSTEE UNDER THE POOLING AND SERVICING AGREEMENT is Plaintiff and ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE GRAYTON DRIVE LAND TRUST # 3638, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS TRUSTEES, BENEFICIARIES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS , BEACON SQUARE CIVIC ASSOCIATION,INC, GRAYTON DRIVE LAND TRUST #3638, PATRIARCHAL HOLDINGS, LLC AS TRUSTEE, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF HAYDEN S. WROBEL, UNKNOWN TENANT #1 N/K/A KRISTIN PUTSCHER, UNKNOWN TENANT #2, WROBEL INDUSTRIES INC. AS TRUSTEE OF THE SIMONSEN FAMILY TRUST WROBEL, HAYDEN S., HAYDEN S WROBEL, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 30th day of September, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
LOT 2378, BEACON SQUARE UNIT 20, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 10, PAGE 96 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
