NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered August 12, 2015 in Civil Case No. 2013CA001105CAAXWS of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Dade City, Florida, wherein PENNYMAC CORP. is Plaintiff and URSULA RUSSO, THOMAS RUSSO, IF LIVING, ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER AND AGAINST THE ABOVE NAMED DEFENDANTS(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES OR OTHER CLAIMANTS, ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, AN AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #1, UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION #2, UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF THOMAS RUSSO, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pasco.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 1st day of October, 2015 at 11:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
The North 1/2 of Lot 4 and the North 1/2 of the East 17 feet of Lot 5, Block 177 of the Port Richey Company Revised Plan for the Town of New Port Richey, Florida; said portion of lots and block being herein designated in accordance with the revised plat of said City, recorded in Plat Book 4, at Page 49 of the Public Records of Pasco County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
