NOTICE OF SALE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 12th, 2015, and entered in Case No. 51 2012-CA-008453-WS of the Circuit Court of the 6th Judicial Circuit in and for Pasco County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS TRUSTEE FOR MORGAN STANLEY ABS CAPITAL I INC. TRUST 2004-NC7, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2004-NC7, is Plaintiff, and JENNIFER RICH, et al., are the Defendants, the Pasco County Clerk of the Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via online auction at www.pasco.realforeclose.com at 11:00 A.M. on the 30th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE SOUTH 20 FEET OF LOT 10, ALL OF LOT 9, AND THE NORTH HALF OF LOT 8, BLOCK 8, OF CRAFTS SUBDIVISION NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.
THE SOUTH 10 FEET OF THE NORTH 30 FEET OF LOT 10 , BLOCK 8, OF CRAFTS SUBDIVISION NO. 7, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, PAGE 58 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PASCO COUNTY, FLORIDA.

and all fixtures and personal property located therein or thereon, which are included as security in Plaintiff's mortgage.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus funds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
