NOTICE is hereby given that, Pat Frank Clerk of the Circuit Court of Hillsborough County, Florida, will on September 25, 2015, at 10:00 a.m. EST, via the online auction site at www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Hillsborough County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 5, of NORTH STREET OAKS, according to the map or plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 81, Pages 24-1 through 24-2, of the Public Records of Hillsborough County, Florida.

pursuant to the Consent Uniform Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
