BOOK 4434, PAGE 209; AND AS FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 3, AND THE AMENDMENTS THERETO FILED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 13, IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 14; AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 30; AND IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 7, PAGE 52, ALL OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of you written defenses, if any, to it, on McCalla Raymer, LLC, Brian Hummel, Attorney for Plaintiff, whose address is 225 East Robinson Street, Suite 660, Orlando, FL 32801 on or before March 9, 2015 a date which is within thirty (30) days after the first publication of this Notice in The Business Observer (Hillsborough) and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter; otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demand in the complaint.
