NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated March 17, 2015, and entered in Case No. 11-CA-010077, of the Circuit Court of the Thirteenth Judicial Circuit in and for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida. WELLS FARGO BANK, N.A., AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST, SERIES 2005-OPT4, ASSET BACKED PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2005-OPT4 (hereafter “Plaintiff”), is Plaintiff and APRIL D. HARLEY; MELVIN JOHNSON; UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF MELVIN JOHNSON; THE NORTH NEIGHBORHOOD ASSOCIATION, INC.; HARBOUR ISLAND COMMUNITY SERVICES ASSOCIATION, INC.; LESLIE N. GONZALEZ; PARKCREST HARBOUR ISLAND CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; HELPFUL HIGHNESS, LLC.; SUPERX; UNKNOWN TENANT N/K/A VICTORIA SELLIER, are defendants. Pat Frank, Clerk of Court for HILLSBOROUGH County, Florida will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash via the Internet at http://www.hillsborough.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 a.m., on the 2nd day of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM UNIT 247, PARKCREST HARBOUR ISLAND CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 14790, AT PAGE 622, AS AMENDED FROM TIME TO TIME, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
