NOTICE is hereby given that, Ken Burke, Clerk of the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, will on the 1st day of October, 2015, at 10:00 o'clock A.M., EST, via the online auction site at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, F.S., will offer for sale and sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, the following described property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, to wit:
Lot 1, Block B, Disston Gardens, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 32, Page 28 of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida.
Property address: 5001 33rd Avenue North, Saint Petersburg, Florida, 33710
pursuant to the Amended Uniform Final Judgment entered in a case pending in said Court, the style and case number of which is set forth above.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
