NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order or Final Judgment entered in Case No. 52-2013-CA-000299 of the Circuit Court of the 6TH Judicial Circuit in and for PINELLAS County, Florida, wherein, GREEN TREE SERVICING LLC, Plaintiff, and, WALTERS, WILLIAM R., et. al., are Defendants, clerk will sell to the highest bidder for cash at, WWW.PINELLAS.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at the hour of 10:00 AM, on the 9th day of October, 2015, the following described property:
LOT 20, BLOCK 65, MAINLANDS OF TAMARAC BY THE GULF, UNIT THREE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 5, PAGES 18 - 28, AND ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM THEREOF DATED JANUARY 20, 1970 AND FILED JANUARY 29, 1970 IN O.R. BOOK 3258, PAGES 641 THROUGH 714, AND AMENDMENTS THERETO, ALL AMONG THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE OR INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the Lis Pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
