NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered May 29, 2015 in Civil Case No. 52-2009-CA-022855XXCICI of the Circuit Court of the SIXTH Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Clearwater, Florida, wherein OCWEN LOAN SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and DAVID T. GOURDINE A/K/A DAVID GOURDINE, MICHELLE M. GOURDINE A/K/A MICHELE GOURDINE, UNKNOWN TENANT (S), ADMINISTRATOR OF THE SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION, AN AGENCY OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 28th day of September, 2015 at 10:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
THAT PART OF THE NORTH 1/2 OF THE SE 1/4 OF THE NE 1/4 OF SECTION 14, TOWNSHIP 29 SOUTH, RANGE 15 EAST, LOCATED ACCORDING TO THE PLAT OF PROPERTY OF A. & W. GLADS, INC., RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 25, PAGES 53 AND 54, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; AND DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING IN THE EAST BOUNDARY OF DUNCAN AVENUE, AT A POINT WHICH IS 737.3 FEET NORTH ALONG SAID BOUNDARY, FROM THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE INTERSECTION OF DUNCAN AVENUE AND GULF-TO-BAY BOULEVARD; AND RUNNING SOUTH 89¿½23`57” EAST, 135 FEET; THENCE NORTH PARALLEL TO DUNCAN AVENUE, 70 FEET; THENCE WEST PARALLEL TO THE FIRST COURSE, 135 FEET, AND THENCE SOUTH ALONG THE EAST BOUNDARY OF DUNCAN AVENUE, 70 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
