NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 11th day of August, 2015, entered in the above-captioned action, CASE NO. 522012CA009818XXCIC, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, by electronic sale beginning at 10:00 A.M online at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 25, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said final judgment, to-wit:
LOT 3, BAYWOOD SHORES UNIT 3, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 37, PAGE 49, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE, IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
