Apt 204 in Unit 31-E, Seminole Garden Apartments, a Co-Operative complex, according to the plat thereof, as recorded in Pat Book 38, Page 54, of the Public Records of Pinellas County, Florida
has been filed against you and you are required to serve a copy of your written defenses, if any, to it on the Plaintiff's attorney, TIMOTHY C. SCHULER, Esquire, whose address is 9075 Seminole Boulevard, Seminole, Florida 33772, on or before 10-2-2015, and file the original with the Clerk of this Court either before service on Plaintiff's attorney or immediately thereafter, otherwise a default will be entered against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
