The administration of the estate of HOWARD GERALD CARTER, deceased, whose date of death was April 2, 2015, File No. 15-6177-ES-3, is pending in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, Probate Division, County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, Clearwater, Florida 33756. All creditors of the decedent and other persons having claims or demands against decedent's estate, including un-matured, contingent or un-liquidated claims, on whom a copy of this notice is served must file their claims with this court WITHIN THE LATER OF THREE MONTHS AFTER DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE OR THIRTY DAYS AFTER THE SERVICE OF A COPY OF THIS NOTICE OF THEM.
All other creditors of the decedent and persons having claims or demands against the decedent's estate, including un-matured, contingent or un-liquidated claims, must file their claims with this Court WITHIN THREE MONTHS AFTER THE DATE OF FIRST PUBLICATION OF THIS NOTICE.
ALL CLAIMS NOT SO FILED WILL BE FOREVER BARRED.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE TIME PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE, ANY CLAIM FILED TWO (2) YEARS OR MORE AFTER THE DECEDENT=S DATE OF DEATH IS BARRED.
