Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Final Judgment of Foreclosure for Plaintiff entered in this cause on August 25, 2015, in the Circuit Court of Pinellas County, Florida, I will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida described as:
UNIT C-510, BUILDING 5, PHASE 1, FROM THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF HAMMOCK PINE VILLAGE II, A CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 77, PAGES 113 THROUGH 119 INCLUSIVE, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JULY 9, 1984 IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5799, PAGE 1170, AS CLERK'S INSTRUMENT NO. 84-143642, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
and commonly known as: 510 HAMMOCK PINE BLVD, CLEARWATER, FL 33761; including the building, appurtenances, and fixtures located therein, at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at the Pinellas County auction website at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, on September 28, 2015 at 10:00 A.M.
