Notice is hereby given that pursuant to Paragraph 5 of the Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered in the case pending in the County Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, Case No. 15-3653-CO-041, the Clerk of the Court, Pinellas County, shall sell the property situated in said county, described as:
THAT CERTAIN PARCEL CONSISTING OF UNIT 30 AS SHOWN ON THE CONDOMINIUM PLAT OF BRAELOCH VILLAGE CONDOMINIUM, PHASE III, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 43, PAGES 51 THROUGH 57, AMENDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 47, PAGES 92 AND 93, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM FILED JULY 2, 1980, IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5049, PAGES 1867 THROUGH 1923 INCLUSIVE, AS AMENDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 5146, PAGE 1306, PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH THE EXHIBITS ATTACHED THERETO AND MADE A PART THEREOF; AND TOGETHER WTIH AN UNDIVIDED SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder for cash at 10:00 a.m. on October 2, 2015. The sale shall be conducted online at http://www.pinellas.realforeclose.com. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus proceeds from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the notice, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
