Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure, dated August 4, 2015, entered in Civil Case Number 09-001007-CI, in the Circuit Court for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein VENTURES TRUST 2013-I-H-R BY MCM CAPITAL PARTNERS, LLC ITS TRUSTEE is the Plaintiff, and DAVID K. BEAN, et al., are the Defendants, Ken Burke, CPA, Pinellas County Clerk of the Court will sell the property situated in Pinellas County, Florida, described as:
LOT 14, BLOCK 3, OAKLAND SUBDIVISION OF B.C. BASS, ACCORDING TO THE MAP OR PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 3, PAGE 3, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
at public sale, to the highest and best bidder, for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com at 10:00 AM, on the 6th day of October, 2015. Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
