NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN Pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 18 August, 2015, and entered in Case No. 15-000920-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida in which Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, is the Plaintiff and Five Towns of St. Petersburg, No. 301, Inc., James William Giering a/k/a James W. Giering, as an Heir of the Estate of Jean M. Giering a/k/a Jean Mae Giering f/k/a Jean M. Halas, deceased, JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A., Stewart Gas Repairs, Inc., The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Assignees, Lienors, Creditors, Trustees, or other Claimants claiming by, through, under, or against, Jean M. Giering a/k/a Jean Mae Giering f/k/a Jean M. Halas, deceased, Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming by, Through, Under, And Against The Herein named Individual Defendant(s) Who are not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest in Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees, Or Other Claimants are defendants, the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit Court, Ken Burke, will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash in/on www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, Pinellas County, Florida at 10:00am on the 1st of October, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment of Foreclosure:

PETERSBURG, NO. 301, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 12, PAGES 49, 50, AND 51, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 3929, PAGE 493, ET SEQ., TOGETHER WITH SUCH ADDITIONS AND AMENDMENTS TO SAID DECLARATION AND CONDOMINIUM PLAT AS FROM TIME TO TIME MAY BE MADE AND TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ALL AS RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA.
