NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 18, 2015, entered in Civil Case No.: 15-000767-CI of the Circuit Court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in and for Pinellas County, Florida, wherein FEDERAL NATIONAL MORTGAGE ASSOCIATION (“FANNIE MAE”), A CORPORATION ORGANIZED AND EXISTING UNDER THE LAWS OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Plaintiff, and THE ESTATE OF ROSEMARY E. BREWER, DECEASED; DIANA WARD GRINER A/K/A DIANA L. GRINER; DANNY ALAN WARD A/K/A DANNY A. WARD; JON ROBERT DERMODY; MICHELLE L. WARD A/K/A MICHELLE WARD-ELLIS; DEBBIE LOU KLASKOW A/K/A DEBBIE L. KLASKOW; BOBBI DEE BRENZO; JOSHUA PAUL WARD; CHRIS ANTHONY WARD; UNKNOWN HEIRS, BENEFICIARIES, DEVISEES, ASSIGNEES, LIENORS, CREDITORS, TRUSTEES AND ALL OTHERS WHO MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST IN THE ESTATE OF ROSEMARY E. BREWER, DECEASED; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA; BRIAR CREEK MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY I, INC.; and ALL OTHER UNKNOWN PARTIES, including, if a named Defendant is deceased, the personal representatives, the surviving spouse, heirs, devisees, grantees, creditors, and all other parties claiming, by, through, under or against that Defendant, and all claimants, persons and parties, natural or corporate, or whose exact legal status is unknown, claiming under any of the above named or described Defendants, are Defendants.
KEN BURKE, The Clerk of the Circuit Court, will sell to the highest bidder for cash, at www.pinellas.realforeclose.com, at 10:00 AM, on the 2nd day of October, 2015, the following described real property as set forth in said Final Summary Judgment, to wit:
CONDOMINIUM PARCEL: LOT 34, BLOCK “A”, BRIAR CREEK MOBILE HOME COMMUNITY I, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN CONDOMINIUM PLAT BOOK 24, PAGES 94 THROUGH 102, INCLUSIVE, AND BEING FURTHER DESCRIBED IN THAT CERTAIN DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN O.R. BOOK 4535, PAGES 1124 THROUGH 1189, INCLUSIVE, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF PINELLAS COUNTY, FLORIDA, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
TOGETHER WITH A 1980 CORONA COACH CO./CONTINENTAL ROYAL DOUBLE WIDE WITH VIN#'S 3C5532A AND 3C5532B AND TITLE#'S 17435803 AND 17435804.
If you are a person claiming a right to funds remaining after the sale, you must file a claim with the clerk no later than 60 days after the sale. If you fail to file a claim you will not be entitled to any remaining funds. After 60 days, only the owner of record as of the date of the lis pendens may claim the surplus.
