VAUGHN; CITY OF ST. PETERSBURG, A FLORIDA MUNICIPAL CORPORATION; FLORIDA HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION, A FLORIDA PUBLIC CORPORATION, are the Defendants, the HON. Ken Burke, Clerk of the Court, Pinellas
