D/B/A APEX COMMERCIAL CAPITAL CORP. is the Plaintiff and ZION HILL MORTUARY, INC.; UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, INTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE; U.S. SMALL BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION; REGIONS BANK DBA REGIONS MORTGAGE SBM TO AMSOUTH BANK; UNKNOWN TENANTS/OWNERS N/K/A DWAYNE MATT are the Defendants.
