NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated August 17, 2015, entered in Case No. 2014-CA-006128-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Central Mortgage Company is the Plaintiff and Ricardo Jose Jimenez Martullo; Unknown Spouse of Ricardo Jose Jimenez Martullo; Stonebridge Reserve Condominium Association, Inc.; The Promenades Property Owners' Association, Inc.; Metrowest Master Association, Inc. are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
UNIT 20607, PHASE 7, STONEBRIDGE RESERVE, A CONDOMINIUM, ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM AND ALL ITS ATTACHMENTS AND AMENDMENTS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8928, PAGE 1428, AS AMENDED BY FOURTH AMENDMENT TO DECLARATION RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 9369, PAGE 1684, RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AS SUBSEQUENTLY AMENDED. TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS AND ALL APPURTENANCES HEREUNTO APPERTAINING AND SPECIFIED IN SAID DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
