NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 6, 2015 entered in Case No. 2007 CA 007013 of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein Deutsche Bank National Trust is the Plaintiff and Donald Smith; Unknown Spouse of Donald Smith; Nonacrest at La Vina Homeowners Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; Richmoor East Limited d/b/a Richmoor Villas; Citibank USA, National Association f/k/a Citibank South Dakota, N.A.; Jennifer Taylor (PUB); Oris L. Gordon (PUB); Lasonya Cousins (PUB); Carol V. Crosby (PUB); Marlo Scelp (PUB); State of Florida Department of Revenue; Gail D. Salickram; Bernadette Desouza; Christi Michelle Holder f/k/a Christi McKibben are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 179, LA VINA, ACORDING TO A PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 49, PAGES 135-141, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
