NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Mortgage Foreclosure In Rem Only dated June 5, 2015, and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-002514-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR CITIGROUP MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST INC., MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-2 is the Plaintiff and EDUARDO NAVARRO PINTO A/K/A EDUARDO PINTO; THE UNKNOWN SPOUSE OF EDUARDO NAVARRO PINTO A/K/A EDUARDO PINTO N/K/A MELISSA PINTO; SUNTRUST BANK; RESIDENCES AT VILLA MEDICI CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/8/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
BUILDING 5164 UNIT 38 OF RESIDENCES AT MILLENIA, A CONDOMINIUM ACCORDING TO THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS BOOK 8499, PAGE 4131, AND ALL AMENDMENTS, IF ANY, FILED THERETO IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO AS SET FORTH IN SAID DECLARATION, AND ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO.
