NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order Rescheduling Foreclosure Sale dated August 6, 2015, and entered in Case NO. 48-2007-CA-008000-O of the Circuit Court of the NINTH Judicial Circuit in and for ORANGE County, Florida wherein THE BANK OF NEW YORK, FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CERTIFICATEHOLDERS, CWABS, INC., ASSET-BACKED CERTIFICATES, SERIES 2007-BC2, is the Plaintiff and JOSE L AYALA; NUR Y DUQUE; RODRIGO VELEZ; BARBARA GLOVER; NELLY ENCARNACION; ANY AND ALL UNKNOWN PARTIES CLAIMING BY, THROUGH, UNDER, AND AGAINST THE HEREIN NAMED INDIVIDUAL DEFENDANT(S) WHO ARE NOT KNOWN TO BE DEAD OR ALIVE, WHETHER SAID UNKNOWN PARTIES MAY CLAIM AN INTEREST AS SPOUSES, HEIRS, DEVISEES, GRANTEES, OR OTHER CLAIMANTS; MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED, AS NOMINEE FOR AMERICAN GUARDIAN FINANCIAL GROUP INC.; STATE OF FLORIDA; ORANGE COUNTY CLERK OF CIRCUIT COURT; are the Defendants, The Clerk, Tiffany Moore Russell will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com at 11:00AM, on 10/6/2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment:
