NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated July 30, 2015, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-007650-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein CitiMortgage, Inc. is the Plaintiff and Rodrigue Destinoble; Exita Destinoble; Any And All Unknown Parties Claiming By, Through, Under And Against The Herein Named Individual Defendant(S) Who Are Not Known To Be Dead Or Alive, Whether Said Unknown Parties May Claim An Interest As Spouses, Heirs, Devisees, Grantees Or Other Claimants; Orange County, Florida; The Independent Savings Plan Company d/b/a ISPC; Gustavo Oropeza, Trustee of the 3512 Robinson at Lake Econlockhatchee Trust; Unknown Beneficiaries of the 3512 Robinson at Lake Econlockhatchee Trust; John Doe and Jane Doe as Unknown Tenants in Possession are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 29th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:

COMMENCE AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF THE NORTHWEST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SECTION 28, TOWNSHIP 22 SOUTH, RANGE 29 EAST, ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA; THENCE RUN S 00° 23' 52” W 30.00 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 28 TO A POINT ON THE SOUTH RIGHT OF WAY LINE OF WEST ROBINSON STREET; THENCE N 89° 58' 59” E 25.00 FEET ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUE ALONG SAID RIGHT OF WAY LINE N 89° 58' 59” E 75.00 FEET TO A POINT ON THE EAST LINE OF THE WEST 100.00 FEET OF THE NORTHEAST 1/4 OF THE SOUTHWEST 1/4 OF SAID SECTION 28; THENCE S 0° 23' 52” W 100.00 FEET ALONG SAID EAST LINE; THENCE S 89° 58' 59” W 68.09 FEET; THENCE N 07° 46' 04” W 41.69 FEET; THENCE N 00° 34' 02” W 58.69 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
