NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order dated August 17, 2015, entered in Case No. 2010-CA-004421-O of the Circuit Court of the Ninth Judicial Circuit, in and for Orange County, Florida, wherein The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, as Trustee for the Certificateholders CWALT, Inc., Alternative Loan Trust 2006-16CB Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2006-16CB is the Plaintiff and Lillian C. Feliciano; Miguel A. Feliciano; Johns Landing Homeowners' Association, Inc.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Incorporated as a Nominee for Countrywide Home Loans, Inc.; Unknown Tenant(s) in Possession of the Subject Property are the Defendants, that the Clerk of Courts will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash by electronic sale at www.myorangeclerk.realforeclose.com, beginning at 11:00 on the 30th day of September, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 134, JOHNS LANDING PHASE 1, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, AS RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 44, PAGE 47, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF ORANGE COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
