NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of foreclosure dated October 06, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 001306 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA COUNTY, Florida, wherein U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST TO BANK OF AMERICA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE, SUCCESSOR BY MERGER TO LASALLE BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, AS TRUSTEE FOR THORNBURG MORTGAGE SECURITIES TRUST 2006-5, is Plaintiff, and RONALD G. BROWN, et al are Defendants, the clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, beginning at 09:00 AM www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes, on the 03 day of February, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
That portion of following lying Westerly of County Road Right of Way:
The North 1/2 of the following described property:
Begin at a point where the North line of Section 22, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, intersects the shore line of the Gulf of Mexico; thence run in a Southeasterly direction along the shore line of the Gulf of Mexico, 3480 feet to a point for the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence run in a Southeasterly direction along the shore of the Gulf of Mexico, 200.15 ft. to a point; thence run East 460 feet more or less, to the waters of Little Sarasota Bay; thence run in a Northwesterly direction along the Bay to a point East of the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence West 503 feet more or less, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, being in Section 22, Township 38 South, Range 18 East, and on Casey's Key.
The above described property is the same as the North one-half of Tract A as shown by survey made by Charles H. Johnson and attached to Deed recorded in Deed Book 267, Page 376, PubLic Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
TOGETHER WITH the following described property:

Begin at a 1/2” I.R. on the Southerly property line of said lands described in O.R. Book 278, Page 248; thence S 89 degrees 56 minutes 39 seconds W, 7.02 feet to the Easterly right of way of Casey Key Road; thence N 26 degrees 02 minutes 11 seconds W, 11.12 feet along said right of way; thence N 89 degrees 56 minutes 39 seconds E. 49.35 feet; thence N 00 degrees 03 minutes 21 seconds W, 15.79 feet; thence N 89 degrees 22 minutes 18 seconds E, 9.00 feet; thence S 00 degrees 37 minutes 42 seconds E. 1.50 feet; thence N 89 degrees 22 minutes l8 seconds E. 71.4 feet to the mean high water line of Little Sarasota Bay; thence S 11 degrees 00 minute 00 seconds E plus or minus 25.6 feet along said mean high water line; thence S 89 degrees 56 minutes 39 seconds W, 122.8 feet, plus or minus to the point of beginning.
