NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Amended Uniform Consent Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 13rd day of October, 2014, Nunc Pro Tunc to September 23, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2008CA008266NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein BANK OF AMERICA, N.A. is Plaintiff and MICHAEL DAVINO; JOHN DOE; LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION, INC.; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 21st day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THAT CERTAIN CONDOMINIUM PARCEL KNOWN AS UNIT 12-202, OF LAS PALMAS OF SARASOTA, A LUXURY CONDOMINIUM, A CONDOMINIUM, TOGETHER WITH AN UNDIVIDED INTEREST OR SHARE IN THE COMMON ELEMENTS APPURTENANT THERETO, ACCORDING TO THE COVENANTS, CONDITIONS, RESTRICTIONS, RESERVATIONS AND EASEMENTS, AS SET FORTH IN THE DECLARATION OF CONDOMINIUM, AS RECORDED IN OFFICIAL RECORDS INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2004247846, AS AMENDED IN INSTRUMENT NUMBER 2004247847, TOGETHER WITH ANY AMENDMENTS THERETO, AND ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
