NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated 23rd day of September, 2014, and entered in Case No. 2012 CA 004837 NC, of the Circuit Court of the 12th Judicial Circuit in and for SARASOTA County, Florida, wherein GREEN TREE SERVICING, LLC is Plaintiff and NIKOLAY PERETS; TATYANA PERETS; UNKNOWN PARTIES IN POSSESSION OF THE SUBJECT PROPERTY; NEW CENTURY MORTGAGE; are defendants. The Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash BY ELECTRONIC SALE AT: WWW.SARASOTA.REALFORECLOSE.COM, at 9:00 A.M., on the 21st day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 11, BLOCK 517, 11TH ADDITION TO PORT CHARLOTTE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 13, PAGE 2, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
A person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
