NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to an Order rescheduling foreclosure sale dated DECEMBER 12, 2014 entered in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-009682 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein DEUTSCHE BANK NATIONAL TRUST COMPANY, AS INDENTURE TRUSTEE, ON BEHALF OF THE HOLDERS OF THE ACCREDITED MORTGAGE LOAN TRUST 2006-2 ASSET BACKED NOTES, Plaintiff and DAVID J COOPER, ET AL; are defendant(s). The Clerk will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, AT www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 45, FLORIDA STATUTES, AT 9:00 AM , JANUARY 20, 2015 the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to-wit:
