NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated the 17th day of December 2014 and entered in Case No. 2014-CA-001173 NC of the Circuit Court of the Twelfth Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein Trust Mortgage, LLC, is Plaintiff, and Peggy A. Robertson is the Defendant, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at: www.sarasota.realforeclose.com at 9:00 a.m. on the 23rd day of January, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
