NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Summary Final Judgment of Foreclosure entered December 17, 2014 in Civil Case No. 58-2012-CA-010135 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Sarasota, Florida, wherein JPMORGAN CHASE BANK, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION is Plaintiff and DANA R. HELLER, KEITH R. HELLER, CLARENCE PLANK, IRENE Y. PLANK, BANK OF AMERICA, N.A., UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 1, UNKNOWN TENANT IN POSSESSION 2, are Defendants, the Clerk of Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash electronically at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com in accordance with Chapter 45, Florida Statutes on the 23rd day of January, 2015 at 09:00 AM on the following described property as set forth in said Summary Final Judgment, to-wit:
That certain tract or piece of land situated in the County of Sarasota, State of Florida, bounded and described as follows, to-wit:

Beginning at the Southeast corner of Block 68, PLAT OF INDIAN BEACH, according to plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 96 of the Public Records of Manatee County, Florida; thence North along the Eastern boundary line of Block 68, 300 feet for the Point of Beginning; thence West 315 feet; thence North 50 feet; thence East 115 feet to the Eastern boundary line of Block 68; thence South along the Eastern boundary line of Block 68, 50 feet to the Point of Beginning.

The above described tract being the same real estate as formerly constituted Lot 20, NORTHMOOR, a subdivision of Block 68, Plat of Indian Beach, recorded in Plat Book 2, Page 26 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida, said Plat of Northmoor subdivision having been partially vacated as appears by plat recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 30 of the Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens, must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
