NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Summary Judgment entered in the above styled cause, I will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash, ELECTRONICALLY ONLINE AT http://www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, AT 9:00 A.M. on the 14th day of January, 2015, the following property as set forth in said Partial Summary Judgment, to-wit:
The East one-half of Lot 7, ENGLEWOOD PINES, as per platthereof recorded in Plat Book 24, Page 48, Public Records of Sarasota County, Florida.
ANY PERSON CLAIMING AN INTEREST IN THE SURPLUS FROM THE SALE,IF ANY, OTHER THAN THE PROPERTY OWNER AS OF THE DATE OF THE LIS PENDENS MUST FILE A CLAIM WITHIN 60 DAYS AFTER THE SALE.
