NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated November 17, 2014, and entered in 2011 CA 001226 NC of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein ONEWEST BANK, FSB N/K/A ONEWEST BANK N.A. is the Plaintiff and EPIPHANY CATHEDRAL; TIDWELL HOSPICE AND PALLIATIVE CARE, INC., HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SOPHIA H. KING, DECEASED; SENIOR FRIENDSHIP CENTER, HEIR OF THE ESTATE OF SOPHIA H KING, DECEASED; SECRETARY OF HOUSING AND URBAN DEVELOPMENT; VENICE GARDENS CIVIC ASSOCIATION, INC.; SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 16, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
LOT 331, VENICE GARDENS, UNIT NO.5, AS PER PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 9, PAGE 75, PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
