NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN pursuant to a Final Judgment of Foreclosure dated September 29, 2014, and entered in 2013-CA-007138 of the Circuit Court of the TWELFTH Judicial Circuit in and for Sarasota County, Florida, wherein NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE LLC is the Plaintiff and YORDAN POPOV A/K/A YORDAN POPOV; YORDANKA POOVA; UNKNOWN TENANT #1 are the Defendant(s). Karen Rushing as the Clerk of the Circuit Court will sell to the highest and best bidder for cash at www.sarasota.realforeclose.com, at 09:00 AM, on January 15, 2015, the following described property as set forth in said Final Judgment, to wit:
THE EAST 37.90 FEET OF LOT 2, AND THE WEST 25 FEET OF LOT 3, BLOCK A, VIRGINIA HEIGHTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 33, OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF SARASOTA COUNTY, FLORIDA.
Any person claiming an interest in the surplus from the sale, if any, other than the property owner as of the date of the lis pendens must file a claim within 60 days after the sale.
